This workshop will equip surveyors, who are mostly family-owned and managed, with the tools and strategies to identify succession challenges that affect growth and continuity. The online workshop is scheduled for two (2) sessions, and its objectives are to explore what makes family businesses successful and the many ways they decline; family business entrepreneurs will develop an outline succession plan and learn about the issues for continuity implementation, using the case study method.
